Beware of Non Authorized Trek Dealers!

As the popularity of TREK bikes spreads in Vietnam, so does our continuing efforts to stamp out GREY market and non genuine TREK bikes and accessories in Vietnam.

In recent months a number of bike businesses purporting to be authorized TREK dealers have opened, mainly in the northern parts of the country.

THEY ARE NOT authorized TREK dealers.

Be aware of these so called dealers as they cannot provide:

• factory backed warranties on frames and accessories by TREK bike corporation

• provide spares and replacement parts specifically made for TREK bikes, use of improper replacement parts can damage the bike and in some cases put your safety at risk
